New plant in my small house

During the visit to Floria 2013, manage to get this plant. it is not only as deco, but it is more for my health condition.
introduce the bangun-bangun or the scientific name is Plectranthus amboinicus. this plant look similar to oregano, but they are different.

Purchase in this form...no vase..bought for rm8, so, don't aspect for proper vase..:p

Transfer to new vase...may need bigger vase later..

Reason for buying this plant is to treat cough. after a very long suffering cough last year (i think i suffer cough for 1 and half year). seriously, i don't want to go back to that time. The ENT from Pantai Hospital given me an anti-asthmatic medication, as he predict me having symptom toward that. Which sometime, i don't think it is asthma. Looking back at the symptoms, ya...i think i have to admit it..too bad..

Back to the plant, this plant is very good in aiding cough. been used by the Indian for soo long. So, been a Malaysia, i try to apply this medication to my health condition. 

Not only that, the plant also good for  Headache, fever, coryza, influenza, relieving laryngitis, hoarseness, bronchitis, asthma, gastralgia, angina, convulsions, and also pain reliever. The most important, it been consume as ulam (eaten raw). I never taste that yet, but i will. 

Please make sure u get the right plant, if you thinking of having it as ulam or medication.

Floria 2013

Floria 2013, an event organized by Jabatan Pertanian Malaysia. It's yearly event which show casing flora art and design. And even there are selling plant, fertilizer and more item related to landscaping and planting.

many agencies join the event. seriously, flowers are sooo beautiful..

This is from our heroes, Malaysian army. with the cannon some more...hahaha

Not to forget the state of Terengganu.

The landscape is nice. i wish i can this one on my yard one day. but, to consider bout uninvited guest, the snake.huhuhu

Opss...suddenly the fish died..should do something about this tho..

Sorry for not enough picture taken. The weather is seriously too hot. Make the situation worst, the haze. the IPU reading for the day after is more than 100. Luckily i went there earlier.haha

Ow, there one section for the art. this is the most interesting show. the artist are sure full of imagination. see the art i have captured, u'll wish u be there. Please bear with me as i not using high tech camera, so, the image kind of low qulaity.

Dining table deco:

shall i refer this to a dress or may be clothes? emm, i guess it just a 'stuff' which just can put on a doll. not real human..doubt this will fall off if the real human wear it..LOL..

this is the best landscape. love the bamboo (i think this is chinese bamboo), and super simple deco. Imagine this can easily maintain.Not sure if we need to pay some royalty to the designer if we apply his design.

Can't wait for next year event..hope there'll more flower (fresh flower i suppose). and more yard landscaping, so we can apply it to our house. make the house green, and we can help to green the earth (even it is just a tiny corner of it)..
I will consider to be at floria at night if i have chance to visit it next year. Heard there are much much more event at night.
